Interiors designed around YOU

Bronze

This design service is ideal for those who have ideas and inspiration and just need some professional guidance in a specific area. Perhaps you have a kitchen designed and are unsure of what light fittings will work best over the island, what colour palette will work best throughout your home or maybe you are undecided on a new floor finish. You will receive on the spot advice.

This is a quick, easy and affordable consultation, which takes place via Zoom, or in your home*

Silver

This package is suitable for those looking for a room refresh/ small refurbishment and are happy to take the plan and implement it at their own time and pace. It is a ‘considered DIY approach’. Following a 90 minute visit to your home, you will receive a written design report and digital mood board. This will detail all of our suggestions, ideas and covers flooring, furniture, lighting, window treatments, colour palette, accessories and styling tips. The digital mood board accompanies the report, so to give you a visual understanding of how the elements work together.

During our visit, we will discuss how you use the space, how you want to feel in the room and what your preferences are for things like, the colour scheme, materials, style etc. While there, we will go through our vast array of samples, fabric swatches and brochures, all of which will enable us to come up with the makings of a design together in your home. If a floor plan is not provided at the visit, we will survey the space- taking key measurements.

This is a detailed design solution which takes place in your home/ on site.

Gold

This is the service for New Build clients and those looking to undertake a large house renovation. This package will cover all of what is included in the silver package but with the continuous support for the entire duration of the construction work. This is the full works when it comes to an interior service, as we will assist you in every decision from lighting, plumbing, floor finishes, bespoke elements, etc.

Our Gold service also includes:
– Kitchen Plan (to include all finishes such as worktops, hardware, lighting)
– On site lighting consultation
– Delivery of samples on site, so to see everything in situ
– Window treatment consultation
– Preparation of all interior schedules to provide your builder/trades with
– Ordering furniture/ lighting/ tiles/ sanitary wares on behalf of the client
– Scheduling deliveries of the above
– Full home styling service
– White Glove/ turnkey service is an optional extra

Rental Refresh

This package is suitable for our short term/ long term let/ Airbnb clients. Perhaps you have a holiday home listing that you feel should be achieving more interest, or maybe you are looking to add value to your rental.

This package will begin with an initial consultation, where we can review what area(s) need most help. We can identify simple, cost effective solutions which will allow you to maximise your nightly/ monthly rate and increase the overall value of your property. Following our visit, we will prepare a detailed plan which will highlight our suggestions on how to improve the aesthetics. This could be as simple as re-grouting, installing new flooring, replacing kitchen countertops or adding more contemporary accessories.

As part of our rental refresh package, we will also contact our trusted tradespeople for quotations, so you don’t have to, and we will manage the project on your behalf. This will minimise the downtime and provide you with a turn key solution, with no stress and only one point of contact.

Once the refresh has been completed, we can arrange the services of a professional photographer to capture your property in the best lights and angles- these images can then accompany the online listing and will in turn improve the traffic to your website.

-Total price will depend on the scope of works, but our rental refresh consultation starts from €550.

Property Staging

Our staging service is aimed at homeowners or estate agents looking to sell their property, enhance the curb appeal and add overall WOW factor. Our goal is to create an inviting environment for potential buyers. We will ensure the property looks it best, stands out from the competition and in turn, increase its value.

During our initial meeting, we will discuss how we can help you- whether you have a vacant property, one that requires decluttering or perhaps some simple furniture rearranging. We will use our extensive experience in design, to ensure the home feels more spacious, welcoming and bright.

Additionally, we will style the home ready for the professional photography which will accompany the online listing.
